Built by junior doctors, for junior doctors.

We created MediWord after sitting the MSRA exam ourselves and noticing that existing question banks were outdated and inaccurate. Our recall-based content is built to reflect what candidates actually face.

A team of doctors who've been in your position.

We are a group of highly experienced junior doctors who sat the MSRA exam over the past two years. We found that existing online question banks were either outdated, inaccurate, or failed to reflect real exam conditions.

So we built our own — a question bank built entirely on recall content, designed to give you the most accurate, up-to-date preparation possible.

Questions written from real exam recall
Aligned with latest clinical guidelines
MSRA clinical & SJT coverage
Detailed explanations for every answer
Continuously updated as new recalls come in

Our Mission

To create the most accurate and current MSRA and SJT question bank available — built on real candidate recall rather than speculation or outdated material.

Our Vision

One trusted resource — questions, explanations, and clinical context — so every junior doctor can walk into their exam prepared and confident, without having to piece together resources from multiple places.

Step-1 resources to build real confidence.

Fill knowledge gaps and enhance your clinical understanding as you build the foundation for your medical career.

01

Recall-based accuracy

Every question is sourced from doctors who sat the exam, giving you a direct line to what's actually tested — not what textbooks think is tested.

02

Detailed explanations

Don't just memorise answers. Understand the clinical reasoning behind every question so you can adapt to novel scenarios in the real exam.

03

Up-to-date content

Our bank is continuously refreshed with the latest recalls and aligned to current clinical guidelines so you're never revising outdated material.

Got questions? We have answers.

Everything you need to know before you start your free trial.

What is the MSRA and who is it for?
The Multi-Specialty Recruitment Assessment (MSRA) is a computer-based exam used to select candidates for specialty training in the UK. It tests clinical knowledge and situational judgement and is taken by Foundation Year doctors applying to specialty training programmes.
How are your questions different from other question banks?
Our questions are built entirely from real exam recalls — content submitted by doctors who recently sat the MSRA. This means our bank reflects actual exam content rather than what a question writer assumed would appear.
Is the content updated regularly?
Yes — we continuously update our question bank after each sitting cycle as new recalls come in, and we review all explanations against the latest NICE guidelines and clinical standards.
Can I try MediWord for free before subscribing?
Absolutely. We offer a free trial so you can explore the question bank, read explanations, and assess whether MediWord is right for your revision before committing to a subscription.
